Alejandra rated it it was amazing. Devoured this in a few days. Beautiful fantasy story. Loved the world building and the nature of magic in this world - the action is restricted to a very small geographic area, but it makes it feel like it is part of 4/5.
The city is a featured location in the novels so this might be an opportunity to foreshadow some things or show parts that aren’t in the book. Either way, Clarissa appears to be headed towards a much larger role in the Conjurers realm. There’s a good chance that if I get to continue the books after the first three, she might have a starring.
